After completing repairs on the Phoenix VIII condominium, the owners decided to negotiate a similar project at Phoenix X with Western Waterproofing's Birmingham Branch. Phoenix X is located on Alabama's Gulf Coast in Orange Beach. It was in need of exterior restoration after years of exposure to the elements and marine environment.

The project involved cleaning exterior concrete surfaces and stairs, then repairs and patching to the concrete and stucco surfaces. Steel and rebar repairs and painting, exterior caulking and elastomeric wall coatings were also required. The exterior floors were repaired and coated on walkways and common areas.
