| A new residential mansion, known as the Linden House was in need of protection from the elements.
The general contractor, Charles C. Brandt chose Western Waterproofing Company’s Indianapolis Branch to complete the waterproofing.
The scope of work included below grade sheet waterproofing of all the foundation walls and the basement slab.
Western completed a total of 19,000 square feet of wall with drain board and 24,000 square feet of slab with insulation.
Bithuthane 4000 was used on the walls and Preprufe 300R was utilized for the slabs.
