| The IUPUI Vermont Street Garage is a post-tensioned, beam-and-slab parking structure located in Indianapolis. Engineering studies showed varying degrees of chloride penetration in the 5½" thick, post-tensioned slabs. Western's scope of work included spall repairs to the slab surface, crack routing and sealing, expansion joint replacement, corrosion inhibitor treatment and waterproofing of ramps with silane sealer/urethane deck coating. In addition, Western also repaired 15 post-tension tendons and anchors. |
