| Baxter Hall on the campus of Wabash College was experiencing problems due to moisture intrusion through the masonry facade. Interior finishes were being damaged. Western Waterproofing was awarded the contract to address the problems.
The scope of work included several items: miscellaneous tuckpointing, brick replacement, and recaulking. To complete the work, a clear penetrating water repellent was applied to the areas experiencing water intrusion.
The College has experienced no other issues at Baxter and has awarded Western additional work on campus. |
