| Western Waterproofing Company recently completed an exterior restoration project at the Fairfield Inn in Indianapolis. The EIFS clad building needed a "face lift." Western's scope of work addressed three areas:
1.) Damaged EIFS cladding was removed and replaced
2.) Installation of Dow's 123 pre-formed silicone strips at the windows and on the top of the EIFS bands on the 2nd and 3rd floor levels (total of more than 4,000 lineal feet)
3.) Finally, the two coat application of more than 18,000 square feet of Dow's Allguard silicone elastomeric coating.
With a beautiful new exterior, the Fairfield Inn stands ready to welcome future travelers. |
